Good morning smoothie!


The smoothie is a wonderful breakfast solution for adults and children alike....Aubrey loves to have some say on what goes in hers.  
It a nice teaching moment too...she repeats me...
Greek yogurt
Cherries
Berries
Banana
Something sweet
Top with milk
Screw the lid on and....
Buzzzzzzzzz

After the fact I ask her how we make her smoothie and she can say the steps! 
( she's giving thumbs up if you can't tell!)
The buzzing isn't her favourite part; as you can see!

The something sweet can be whatever you prefer; stevia, honey, agave etc. we used maple syrup today...a little tribute to great-grandpa Martin!

And enjoy!!!!!
Now off to work I go....smoothie in hand!

We use the frozen mix berries and frozen black cherries from costco; a third of a frozen banana per smoothie; a spoonful of PC greek yogurt and milk to fill the smoothie cup half way...sweetness to taste and blitz. Depending on your vessel you are making it in and portion size ...the amounts would change. Thats as specefic as I'll be on this one!
